After experiencing burnout symptoms, fatigue, and cycle disruptions in a high-pressure corporate environment, she shifted into holistic women’s health and trauma-informed coaching.
Today, she helps wom(b)en reconnect with their bodies and build a life in sync with their natural rhythms through 1:1 coaching, workshops, and talks.
